Villa Pacific Townhomes

My husband and I have lived in these apartments for 2 years now. The neighbors are wonderful. It is a quiet community and pet friendly. With all the dogs here, they keep the place as clean as possible. We're close to the 405, 22 and great shopping centers. We have an Elementary School behind us and the Westminster High School right across the street. You would think that it'll be a big issue with a bunch of teenagers causing trouble, but they don't. You wouldn't even notice them out of class... .
Management isn't the best here. You will literally need to put in a bad review through their survey system just for them to pay any attention to your needs. The maintenance crew here have better work etiquette than the management. We live by Hazard and every time a big rig passes, you will definitely feel the apartment shake from upstairs. We've had ant problems from the time we moved in. The weirdest thing about it is they keep coming out of the drain of the bath tub and the kitchen drain. We ALWAYS get big, black, hairy spiders in our bedroom ceiling. We get them so often, I make it a routine to check my ceilings before I go to bed. Sometimes they lurk in the closet, but it's always in the master bedroom (I HATE spiders!). Thankfully, i haven't encountered them in the spare bedroom (son's room).
I feel I am on the fence with recommending this place. I wouldn't because of the management and "extra pets" we get. For the cost and amenities and the fact they accept large dogs, I would definitely. Lee mas

I love this place! High school across from front of complex and elementary school just behind complex. Pretty safe neighborhood. Space is great, master bedroom is big. In-unit laundry very convenient. Pools are located right inside the front gate, only complaint I really have, but it's not even that big of a deal.

I just moved in and I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews. My experience so far has been pleasant. I moved here because the townhomes are very spacious. More than other places I have lived in this area. Management and maintenance are super friendly and always available for me. I make a point to pop in the office everyday to get my morning coffee and say good morning to the staff. They are always happy and offer treats for my puppy dog. I see myself living here for awhile. So if you... are reading some of the other reviews, please don't take them seriously. JUst go there yourself and make your own decision. Lee mas

I moved into Villa Pacific roughly 4-5 weeks ago. I LOVE IT!! Let's start with the manager Eleanor and Adriana her leasing agent. They are so professional, helpful and attentive. Its always nice being greeted with a friendly smile when I have to go to the office. They go above and beyond to assist. I had a problem with my stove and within 1 hour, the maintenance guy had arrived, fixed the problem and all was good. As for the location, its perfect for us as we are surrounded by everything,... from grocery stores, cinema's, post office and more. AND, I love being close to the 405 if I have to go North or South. Did I mention the two swimming pools or how close I am too the beach!! Great for the kids. After living in Hollywood for sometime, this place is perfect!! Rent is cheap compared to most places, I would recommend Villa Pacific to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to call home. Lee mas
