No smoking inside the property. No parties or events are allowed, with quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a shoes-off policy indoors, and slippers or house shoes are fine. Trash bins should be kept inside the garage except when curbside for collection, as bears are active. Fire safety measures include using a mesh cap for the fire pit and checking local burn bans. Never leave flames unattended. Septic care requires only flushing septic-safe toilet paper and avoiding oils or grease down sinks. Appliances should be maintained by cleaning dryer lint after each use. The hot tub cover should be opened carefully, the blower turned off after use, and recovered when done. Towels are in the dining room cupboard. The outdoor kitchen and grill require preheating the gas grill to 350°F before scrubbing, with propane under the cabinet. The Big Green Egg uses only FOGO charcoal and starters. General courtesy includes returning furniture and decor to original positions and reporting damages immediately.
