honestly if you like having your vehicles hit by kids throwing rocks and sticks if you like, living somewhere where nobody has any respect for your property if you’d like to live somewhere where they steal your stuff or if you’d like to live some where that is just rodent and bug infested or the best one yet if you want to move somewhere that 2-3 maybe even 4 years of living thier you start to ask for things to start being handled on the property and they out of the blue want to say you $xxx... amount of dollars then yea come on and move in at the Montecito apartments Lee mas

ITS GREAT!!! and honestly a better place to move if you’re a first time move out of your family’s house!! the community and great and so are the people who help run the facility!

They made it super easy for me to get moved. Working full time and having a special needs child makes it difficult to do anything. They had fast responses and they were willing to go above and beyond to help me out.

I recently moved into a bigger apartment here at the complex and my experience with the office staff was exceptional they were very helpful with everything. I like being here.

Been here for over 3 years. It got a lot cleaner. The staff are friendly and they try their outmost best with issues. The playground looks a lot better than before.
