Not a safe place to live!

This place is an absolute nightmare! They constantly have guys riding around on dirt bikes and 4 wheelers with ski masks on, their maintenance team is extremely shady and lazy. Ive had multiple packages stolen from the lockers in the office, how does that happen..? This whole place is shady and will charge you for every dime they can think of when you move out. Run away from this place! Not to mention the MOLD! EVERYWHERE!

Disappointing new management

Greystar has handled the transition in property management poorly. Lack of communication to residents including closed amenities with no forewarning. With a recent $200+ rent increase, quality has decreased to the point where I will not be renewing. The large amount of vacant apartments around me agree.

I'd Look Elsewhere

Maintenance team is incredible! They are the highlight of living here. BEWARE of parking. If you pay an extra $100/month for a garage, they will TOW you across town if you accidentally forget to park in your garage. Life is busy enough without having to worry about that kind of stuff at an apartment complex. I'd look elsewhere.

Joyful beginning

It's moving day and we can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and care we have received. We feel welcomed and already part if the "Links" community. Our process was easy. Questions were thoroughly answered. We had several concerns as we did our walk-through and the issues were corrected immediately. Thanks to Mary, Nikki, Rocky and Chrisitan for making this easy. We look forward to our new life at The Links at Legacy Ridge.

Family Noises are Frowned Upon

We loved living at this apartment at first. Grounds are beautiful. Maintenance staff is speedy. Interior of apartment units are smartly updated. Within a month our lower neighbors began to complain about being able to hear us walking, so my husband, my older child, and myself began to tip toe around our unit in an attempt to appease them. Our toddler cannot fathom the concept of stepping silently and slowly, so our lower neighbors filed a noise complaint which the apartments verified as the... "sound of someone running back and forth between the hours of 11am and 4pm" in our unit-aka typical toddler behavior and movement. families deserve to know that they very well could be harassed over typical, healthy childhood behavior helplessly occurring during reasonable hours when considering whether or not to rent here.
