Left in limbo for a month
Applied to live here, they made it seem like they were working with me, showed my income was well over the needed amount, they said I needed more. Asked for a cosigner with my credit, got one, wasn’t enough, needed more. Explained my situation living in a hotel with a child, showed no compassion. Been talking with someone for a month to be denied after the hotel says I can’t stay there anymore due to rules for 30 days max stay! Even got a program to pay first month and security deposit, and that... wasn’t enough. The property management got what was needed and kept moving the goal post, the lady made it seem like she cared but I can tell that isn’t true after today. Avoid this complex by any means necessary. Not family friendly if you look at the reviews

Mr. Padilla,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We understand this process can be stressful, and we are sorry for the frustration you experienced. Our screening requirements, including credit score and co-signer qualifications,... must be met for all applicants, and in this case your application did not meet those standards and your co-signer did not agree to sign the lease.
We communicated the needed items throughout the process and never intend to create hardship for anyone. If you’d like to discuss the decision further, please contact our office. We wish you the best moving forward.
