Cedar Village at Minerva Square Apartamentos

I’ve been living here since it opened in October and it’s not only a very safe and secure building but the owners and maintenance ppl are very friendly and helpful! Everything is so clean and kept up with .. its conveniently located near the highway and close to restaurants, parks and trails .. I love it !

This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. I’ve been here since day one and so far everything has been excellent, I’ve had ZERO complaints. From Nico to maintenance everyone is exceptional. I look forward to renewing my lease.

From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, safe, and completely at home. Every request—no matter how small—is handled with care, kindness, and incredible promptness. The apartment unit is brand new, nicely built and management is responsive. Some typical apartment noise you hear which to be expected and (street) parking can be difficult at times, but overall very happy with the experience.

I’ve lived here since the beginning and have no complaints whatsoever. Management has been easy to reach and quick to assist me. Quiet, comfortable, homey and conveniently located in downtown Derby near Pershing Dr and Howe Ave. I already plan on renewing my lease here
