Unauthorized late check-out incurs a $50 fee. Exceeding two hours incurs a fee of the listing base rate or weekend rate for the day without discounts; under 2 hours, the rate is $40/half hour. If you leave any windows or doors open, you may let in bugs, so make sure the doors/windows are closed. If not vacating on time leads to other losses, you will be billed for those as well, including guest refunds.
