Arrive Stamford

The management, services, and human quality are very good. The condominium is old (1995) and has no renovations in the apartments. I feel the condominium has a lot of potential.
It's noticeable that the company doesn't want to invest in the units. I see the team that manages the property every day, and they do their best to keep the residents happy, but there are issues where their hands are tied.

Overall I would give Arrive a 3/5. My hallway typically smells like weed due to my neighbor even though the apartment has a no smoking rule and constantly reminds the community of this. I also had a gas leak and they turned off my hot water for 3 days and wasn't able to fix it until then so I had to live at someone else's house for those days due to no gas or heat. Granted, it was the friday of Labor Day weekend but someone still could have came out the next day to fix it if they really wanted... to. I did get reimbursed in some of my rent for tis inconvieniencewhich I did appreciate. Maintenance can sometimes be slow but the managers of the apartment are very nice and accommodating. Lee mas

Great place to be and lovely neighbors! Have been living here for about two years. Decent amenities and a good neighborhood. Also pet friendly.

While the building is nice, there are many issues. Security isn’t great and many of the doors open without fobs. The mailroom is a disaster and I have lost a few packages. The residents in general are not happy about the way it’s organized. Packages are also left in the lobby, not in the package room. People have been leaving their garbage in the stairwells and it’s really gross. The elevators are dirty sometimes - it’s not the building’s fault, it is the residents who don’t take pride in where... they live. There are also people taking on their phones in the hallways, instead of in their apartments and they are loud. I pay a lot of rent for a one bedroom and I expected a lot more. Lee mas

Building is tidy and kept up with wish the walls were a bit thicker as well as door to entry to apartment. Don’t like that I can hear people sometimes doesn’t give luxury
