Anthology in the heart of H Street Corridor is truly Gem! The ability to find peaceful, professionals that show courtesy and friendly tenants I have met- makes room for more event planning engagements! The spaces are available!!

We love this apartment complex, we constantly are being reminded of the kind people and wonderful service here at our beautiful home. Everyone is always attentive to issues to get them fixed quickly and helpful whenever we have questions. This is the best building we have ever lived in and the best building in DC hands-down.

Great place to live, front desk workers are really nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to others. I have nothing else to say. Just trying to get to 140 characters

Overall, my experience living at anthology has been positive. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful (especially Ms. Stacey!). The shared spaces are kept clean and it is a nice building overall. I really like the addition of the dog park. When I submit a maintenance request, they usually come within a day.
However, I will say that we’ve had a few issues with the responsiveness of management. My roommate and I have emailed them countless times with questions or problems, and do not... receive a response most of the time. When we moved in, we had no idea how to pay rent or submit a maintenance request, and no one could tell us how. We submitted a pest control request that was never acknowledged. There is definitely some disorganization overall going on. No one seems to know the answer to questions when we ask them. Would recommend living here, but don’t expect much from management.
