Deceptive photos online , buildings are not cleaned or maintained. Very low quality upgrades, flooring, appliances etc. All feels very cheap. You can get much better for this price 15 mins up the road. Maintenance men are AWFUL

Very happy with my beautiful newly renovated apartment. The property has great attentive staff. Darinda and her team are the best in the business. Amenities are great as well.

My wife and I have been living for 4 years in the community. It is very nice and quiet. The property manager is very friendly and helpful and so are the staff. Any service request we've had for our apartment was taken care of by the maintenance team in a professional manner.

Best first apartment anyone could ever ask for. My experience here has been nothing but amazing, and even though it does need updating, you can't beat the staff as well as the tenants here. I was informed in my past that leasing professionals are hard to deal with, but that was never the case when I had a number of issues arise during my stay. The staff members made it very pleasing and more than comfortable to share my input. I'll have nothing but good memories here! The Apartments at Pine... Brook have set a high standard.
