The Retreat At Altamonte Springs

I've lived here for almost 2 years. the neighborhood is safe, dog friendly and they've always been understanding of my hardships and worked with me. It's great for singles, families and pitbull friendly!
Shout out to Michael and Manny from maintenance in working so diligently in getting me a new shower and to the crew of 2 who installed my shower. I am very much happy with my services

I toured The Retreat at Altamonte with Carmen and she was super friendly and helpful! The place was really clean and quiet, which I liked a lot. They’re in the middle of renovating, so some stuff is being updated, but it still looked nice overall. It’s pretty spread out too, so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Kinda bummed there’s no gym (like seriously, whyyy lol), but they do have two really nice pools which helps make up for it. If you’re looking for your first apartment and want something... chill and well-kept, definitely worth checking out! Lee mas

I have lived here for 2 years and it has been nothing but great. The staff is wonderful. Always helpful and available. I wish we had a gym but there is plenty is pace to run/walk. There is a park with a beautiful lake and there are always people walking their dogs or pushing strollers. I plan to stay for a long time.

The new staff and management at The Retreat went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and wanted. They are doing an excellent job doing a complete overhaul to the Complex. I must say I am very impressed with the leasing manager and Jesse they both get 5 stars from me!

This place is horrible don’t waste your time and money.maintence work takes forever we had no pool all summer they decided to work on it at the start of summer and never finished,the office workers had people stealing rent checks then sent letters to occupants to pay late fees cuz someone stole the checks,home invasions fights shootings..this is my last year here
