family rent apartment

the office always already to help you
the manager and staff are efficient to solve your questions
the damages inside the apartment are done faster
the lakes, gym, saloon to party/meeting, and two pools are entertainments to family and guests
the enter don't need gates and the parking is extensive

i am glad to leave here a seven years ago, thanks the seven!

The staff who care for their residents treat those who pay their salaries with the rent unprofessional.

Terrible Management

Don't live here. The new management is terrible. Maintenace takes forever to be serviced, you'll have to follow up at least 3 times and no one will pick up the phone. They have never completed a repair the first time they were at my unit, they always need to come back another 3 times weeks apart. And you will get told off for even reporting a problem. I was left without a bathroom for a month because of a leak that took 20 minutes to resolve.

The office people are rude and condescending. There...
is no clear communication, they don't answer the phones or emails so be prepared to have to keep leaving work early to resolve any issues. They took months to update the phone numbers and contact you could find online so I would keep reaching a disconnected phone message.

No one checks decals, so there's never any parking.  Mgmt does not take security risks seriously when reported to them. The biggest issue is definitely the management office. The fact that nothing is ever clearly communicated and then you keep getting gaslit in person is literally insane.

TERRIBLE. DONT LOOK HERE

If you’re reading this , take what I say and others in the reviews serious. This community is. A. Nightmare. We have been here for almost a year and we’ve had nothing but issues. Ac breaks constantly ( around once maybe twice a month) they seem to like bandaging issues instead of fixing them. My bathtub has peeled twice and needed to be resprayed and sit in an apartment that smells like a warehouse. Washer and Dryer are probably older than my parents and constantly don’t work and is a battle.... BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. Massive mold issue that if you’re not on top of then you’ll get sick. Maintenance is terrible. Leasing Management speaks to you ( if they even answer ) like you’re a numbskull 0 IQ human being and they’ve only been in management for 3 weeks. HA! But they are taking over a community that has already had tons of issues so I’ll give them grace for that. This place is good for you if you need a roof over your head and that’s it pretty much you’ll just have to deal with all these massive issues that doesn’t justify the price of rent.

Poor management

I have had a broken washing machine for 3 weeks. Multiple emails requesting a repair have resulted in a maintenance worker entering my home 3 times without notice - twice while I was not home. And after all of that the machine is still broken.
Poor management, ridiculous price. Cannot wait for the end of my lease.
