Alex has been an excellent new addition to this community! I talk to a lot of residents here and they all have said something positive about him! He’s incredibly thoughtful and you can visually see how much he cares. I have been in customer service most my life and while he may be new to the apartment world, he has an unteachable skill which is the ability to connect with others! I see this time and time again as my dog always drags me into the office to get a treat and say hello to Alex and... others! Monica is always pleasant and helpful too! Very friendly people you have!! New maintenance team is OUTSTANDING! I’ve lived here for almost 4 years.My new lease will be coming soon and I am going to sign based on the positive changes that have taken place over the last year! My only complaint is of course the laundromat. You finally got the gas situation figured out, we were able to use them and then one day without any notification, all the machines gone without explanation. Send an email
