The Brightly Apartments

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful, the amenities are amazing you get quality for the $$$, the maintenance team are very quick to resolve any issue and the apartments are very spacious, I live in a 3/2 and the balcony is giant, very bright you don’t need to turn on a light during the day, I can see the Disney fireworks show from my balcony and living room. It’s the best place to live in Davenport, close to Posner Park where they have a ton of stores, not to far from Disney but not... close to the hectic tourist area, right in front of US-27 that will take you north to Clermont or South to Miami, it’s situated perfectly. Miguel helped the transition from Colorado to Florida to be extremely easy and fast... The leasing staff was really helpful and put me in a unit that accommodated my needs and requests.. thank you Fernando as well for your help getting everything finalized as well as Miguel.. thank you guys
