This place is terrible. Roaches and grime. And staff doesn't seems to care at all

It is a quite place just wish there was more security but it feels like home

I love the shade trees and when you need something fixed it does not take that long and we are so closed to shopping and our Families

I wish I had the ability to give negative starts!!! My daughter currently resides here and we have had several unresolved issues. I bought her a car for graduation therefore the car is in my name. The property recently change the policy to require parking decals. After several weeks of back and forth with the property manager about my daughter’s ability to use a power of attorney (they had no idea what that was) they finally agreed to giving her a decal. However, it took them several more weeks... (my daughter inquired about the decals weekly) to issue the decal. My daughter’s car was towed and when she notified the office they said they forgot that was her car and issued her the decals at that time. We’ve emailed and called (in July) to discuss towing reimbursement but the property manager has yet to call or acknowledge the calls and emails instead they posted signs on all the residence doors stating no one is exempt from towing.

I’ve instructed my daughter no to renew her lease and look elsewhere. That is another problem. She informed the office a month or so ago that she will not be renewing her lease. She went to the office on the 1st of Aug to get her prorated rent amount and to schedule a move out inspection. She was told by the new guy that they don’t prorate rent and she needed to read her lease agreement (which she did and it doesn’t state that) and that he doesn’t know when she will get a move out inspection because maintenance doesn’t have a schedule right now. Her lease is up Aug 15.
