Century Dunes

I love my community because it is a place where I feel supported, understood, and genuinely connected. The people around me uplift one another, creating an atmosphere of kindness and belonging that makes every day feel a little brighter. Whether we are celebrating together or facing challenges, there is always a sense of unity that reminds me I’m not alone. My community gives me strength, joy, and a shared sense of purpose, and I’m grateful to be a part of something so meaningful.

Century dunes is a gorgeous property at first sight. Office staff and maintenance are on top of things. Office hours are a bit weird sometimes though. Super friendly staff!! The units are amazing and the facilities are also fantastic.

Downsides I’ve noticed are that the walls are super thing (like being able to hear someone’s phone ringing through the wall and being able to hear conversations outside as people walk by your apartment). The parking is also super limited and I’ve noticed that... there doesn’t seem to be enough parking spots for the amount of units the property has unless you want to walk a decent distance to your apartment. Getting home late at night makes for some long walks after getting off shifts. Lee mas

such a friendly community and great front desk staff ! they communicate with u daily and go above and beyond to make sure you can call this complex a home !

I love how spacious the aparment is and all the storage space built into it. The patio offers beautiful views and is mosquito proof. And our favorite amenities are the huge pool and gym!

I really like Centry Dunes. Staff is nice. The apartments are beautiful. I highly recommend. Rent is also very fairly priced and the amenities are up kept very nicely.
