Only standard-size personal vehicles are permitted, and no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed—$500 fine for violation, which may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed; any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), and will be charged a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM; any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine, and violation may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and violation will result in a $500 fine, which may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is permitted, and violation will result in a $1000 fine, which may result in immediate cancelation of the reservation without a refund. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM.
