At the intersection of NE 15th Ave and Sunrise Blvd, there's a Walgreens Pharmacy and Publix Grocery Store right across the street, just a few blocks away from our home. There's a park called Holiday Park literally right across the street, and Las Olas and the beach are just about 5 minutes away.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Fort Lauderdale city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No unauthorized guests are permitted after 12am. Smoking inside the house will result in a $350 fine.
