Aviah Flagler Village

I love this place !

The building is kept in great condition, in all respects, and even the small things are covered.

The staff is fantastic - always friendly and helpful. And I really like the night security personnel, as they always seem to be there looking out for our safety.

Best building I’ve ever lived in. It has really become my home. The neighborhood is incredible as well and so many places in walking distance.

I absolutely love living at Aviah!! I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time, and have no plan on leaving! The Community is amazing!! The neighborhood is great! Everything is great!!!!

Just mentioning things that I’m seeing, nothing to do with the staff who are normally quite helpful. People are leave their trash sitting in the chute instead of pushing it down. Last night. I opened the compactor door to see someone’s trash on the floor - pizza boxes, an empty milk container. Smoking/vaping at the pool and on balconies.

I absolutely love living in Aviah. I have renewed my lease twice already, and don’t see a reason to not renew a 3rd time. I love the location, the community, and the staff!
