Management incompetence
I resided in this building from September 2024 through September 2025. The management is entirely non–client-oriented and demonstrates no understanding of commonly accepted standards of business conduct.
At the time of my move-out, I explicitly agreed with the property representative that the final inspection would be carried out in my presence. Since my move-out date fell on a public holiday, we mutually agreed that on the first business day following the holiday we would confirm the... inspection time by phone. Instead, on the agreed date, I was informed that the inspection had already been conducted without me, and no one even bothered to notify me in advance.
Following this, I was billed $300 for cleaning and wall painting, despite the apartment being properly cleaned and only showing minor wear on the walls. In other words, management completely shifted its responsibilities onto the tenant, disregarded my expressed will, and left me with no ability to verify or confirm the legitimacy of the charges imposed.
Furthermore, management routinely issues charges for parking without prior notice and imposes penalties for alleged improper trash disposal, which in my case was entirely unfounded. Rather than fulfilling their basic obligations, such as ensuring the cleanliness of common areas (the entrance was repeatedly soiled with dog urine, and throughout the entire year only one deep cleaning was ever performed while the entrance continuously smelled of urine), management instead focuses on pushing as many charges as possible onto tenants.
There are far more attractive and affordable housing options on the market that offer significantly better quality than what this building provides.
