I’ve lived here for 4-5 years and this is by far the best management company I’ve experienced. The new renovations are gorgeous. I can’t wait to transfer to my newly renovated unit soon!

I love coming home to Brantley Pines. Unlike a lot of the new builds, Brantley Pines has a homey feel to it. The new management team has really polished up the hidden gem that this community truly is. They have added so many wonderful features to the property as it is entirely under new renovations. I can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. I look forward to the years to come here.

I have been living at Brantley Pines for the last 3 years and the new management that recently took over has really improved the lifestyle here. It is now more family friendly with a brand new park, updated pool and added a sidewalk around the pond ( which is my son’s favorite, cause he loves seeing the ducks). Recently the dog park just got renovated and also excites me because my dog loves going. I can’t wait to see what else they have planned for this place.

I love coming home to Brantley pines. The office is friendly and super helpful. The new management is amazing and the new renovations are gorgeous. I look forward to the years to come living here.

I have been in apartments for years, everywhere I have lived I always had some kind of issues.
But not with Brantley Pines
I understand where the mixed reviews come from-
They are renovating the units yes- but they are renovating the whole property.
They cleaned the house and got all new staff- the girls at the Front office are amazing, especially the new property manager Brittany. Thoughtful, sweet kind, and relatable and they make the move-in process easy.
The property had this nice lake and... partial paths before but they have outdone themselves they put a path around the lake- I say it's got to be like a quarter mile we walk daily and a super cute bridge! Love sitting out by the lake and enjoying the birds and the turtles!
The dog park wasn't much at first but an agility course has been put in and all new fencing for the dogs to enjoy! Love that and I don't even have a pup.
But what I love most here is the Pickleball court- I was able to check equipment out at the office and play with the girls Saturday it was a blast- though were not very good.
I was also happy to get to enjoy the breakfast buffet they served Saturday morning before we played- they do all kinds of resident appreciation events.
We haven't even talked about the units- they have classic which is kind of like everywhere around here I won't lie. But the renovated units!! Only $100 more a month I spend that on stupid stuff all the time so I buckled up and spent it on myself this time. I am in LOVE with the smart mirror I shower on the hottest setting to come out, and it's not fogged, and I can change the lighting love that!
From this beautiful kitchen island to my brand new never before used appliances that upgrade was so worth it!
Not to mention I have a washer and dryer IN MY UNIT and don't have to go to a communal wash area like most apartments.
I can't say enough good things- they make it easy and they are trying hard. I see them making a real effort in the community and with current residents I heard them offering to waive fees to let the current tenants transfer to the beautiful units too!
Overall I am very happy to live here Thank you Brantley Pines for everything you do!
