Run!! Don’t even bother applying.
I have never left a bad review, but I had to this time. I could not get out of this place fast enough.
First of all, they never answer the phone. They have three different phone numbers listed online, and you have to call at least 5–10 times in a row just to get someone to maybe pick up. And if they do, expect them to be rude, lazy, and totally unhelpful. MARISSA, in particular, was consistently snarky, LAZY and dismissive. Every time she answered, I knew I was wasting my time.
Also, they are... “getting bought” by a new company, painting and fixing all these things but don’t worry! Them terrible management is still there so you will still get the same TERRIBLE service.
They also charge for random things with no explanation. Fees will pop up out of nowhere, and good luck getting clarity—because again, they don’t answer or they just blow you off.
When I first moved in, the place was disgusting. The floor of my unit was literally covered in dirt. Trash is scattered all around the property and left there for days. They market this place as “university living,” but that’s honestly laughable—there are older men who don’t go to school, sitting around shirtless, chain-smoking outside. It feels incredibly unsafe and uncomfortable. There are even kids living here.
The beds are basically jail beds. So uncomfortable, thin mattresses on creaky metal frames. Maintenance is a joke—they “fix” things by just painting over mold, dust, and visible damage. Everything here is done to look barely passable from a distance, but it’s all surface-level. They’re intentionally vague and disorganized so they can get away with shady stuff.
It is not worth the stress, the money, or the time. I was counting down the days until I could leave.
Please do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. This place is a scam.
