Management Gets Off On Inconveniencing Tenants
Had a package delivered to the leasing office so that it wasn’t sitting out in the open as it was valuable. After confirming that it wouldn’t be a problem, the leasing manager “shooed” away the delivery driver saying that this wasn’t allowed. When she was asked about what happened she said “we don’t do that here, I don’t know who told you that was okay but it wasn’t me”. Even if it’s not okay, there should have been an attempt to reconcile the situation with a phone call but there was not a... single word said. Don’t spend your hard earned money here where the management doesn’t share its tenants best interests.

Per the community lease agreement, the office is not... responsible for accepting or storing resident packages, and we ask all residents to make alternative delivery arrangements for items they don’t want left at their door.
