As a new resident, my experience has been very positive so far. The transition into the community has been smooth, and I’ve felt welcomed and supported. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained, and communication has been clear whenever I’ve had questions. I’m still getting settled, but overall I’m happy with my decision and looking forward to becoming more involved in the community.

Its a nice place I feel safe on my night walks and it is a nice place to take walks and so close to so many stores and the pool is a nice touch for a hot day

We first moved in on December 31st and then January 1st we found roaches everywhere, the office was closed so we were waiting the next day for the office to open, come open time, we texted the office about it to find out that they didnt open until 1pm from Kayla who read the message that we sent about the roaches and replied back with "the office isn't open rightnow, you can contact back during open hours" to roaches, when she just read the message, knowing that our apartment has kids. About an... hour later Brianna texted back saying that she apologizes about the issue and that we would be put onto a list for spraying. That was before open hours. A serious issue that should have been dealt with before a family moved in, was pushed to the side by Kayla until it was convenient for her. Now it seems like they're picking and choosing which apartments can have bikes, grills, etc.. on the "shareable space" below the stairs, even with the spaces that aren't shareable.

Everyone has been so helpful and made the moving in such an easy process from start to move in. Definitely would recommend. And everyone ive met in the office has been amazing.
