My apartment flooded twice previously within 2 months of me moving in. There’s roaches everywhere, and management refuses to address the issue. You can never get ahold of management, they’ll send your calls directly to automated message. They’ll charge additional fess without notice and they’ll charge late fees although you’ve paid rent on time. There’s trash and raccoons everywhere, theft and domestic disputes almost every night. Horrible place to live and I must say terrible, terrible Management!
My apartment flooded on two different occasions and absolutely nothing was done except patch work, negligence and façade of doing the right thing.
Don't be fooled by the renovated apartments you are shown. Waypoint Management has employed, incompetent and inept employees to maintain their property. The reality is, these apartments are a unsafe to live because of very serious water and mold issues that are left unaddressed,... unattended to and deliberately ignored.
Go somewhere else unless you are desperate and cant do any better! Lee mas

If you have no other options, this is the perfect place. Broken gate, loitering, loud music, and unattended children. If you don't mind these things, this is the perfect neighborhood for you

I have lived here for only 4 months and since living here the gate has been broke, the pool has been closed more than opened, and when asked why it was closed i received 3 different answers and now when asked why the pool was closed Sunday and Monday i was informed that all if the sudden the pool is now closed on Mondays with no explanation as to why it was closed on Sunday and i was told i should have received an email about it. I have not received an email since moving in the response to that... was I'm sorry and then she walked away. The trash compactor has broken so many times I cannot count. The gym is only opened during office hours and the office is only opened 5 days a week. And their website says the gym is opened 24/7. We should have chosen brookside over them. The only Good thing I can say about them is we have never had a problem with maintenance. The staff are always rude when you walk in to speak to them. They tell you to leave when you ask for a manager they tell you one is not available and even though corporate is there they refuse to speak to you. Instead they give you a 1800 number to get someone else's voicemail. There is no way to resolve any issues with this company without a Lawyer!!!!!!! Lee mas

Toured the property and fell in love with my new place! Hope to get moved in next weekend before Thanksgiving ?? on the other note the office ladies both were very helpful in the application process and took time to listen to my needs and made me feel welcome at home already before I even got final approval to move in... Ms. Pat and Ms. Ann (managers) are the far best and caring people I have seen since my journey renting apartments!!! Looking forward to my stay at Harbor Cove!!! ????????
