A bunch of lazy, inconsiderate, and down right rude people working here. Expect nothing but hell if you choose to live here.

Terrible

Recommend finding a different place to lease from.

1. Our dog got sick from how much dog crap there was laying around. Had to take him to the ER. We told the office this. Nothing happened to fix the mess outdoors.

2. They'll ignore your need for privacy and come into your home when you ask them not to. We told them several times to leave us alone. They then ignored our wishes and essentially told us we have no choice.

3. They tried raising our rent $200 in one year, after just raising it the... year before too.

Just find a different place to live. It'll save you the headache.

Rent elsewhere if you can

Just another terrible corporate landlord that is only worried about getting more money out of you. Your privacy will not be respected outside of legally required minimums and trust that your rent will increase if you'd like to resign. Rent elsewhere if you can!

Don’t expect much

This complex is old and it shows. The doors don’t shut properly, light fixtures were broken when I moved in, the old walls looked like they’ve been painted a dozen times and not well, the appliances and cabinetry haven’t been updated since the 80s. There’s bugs everywhere and they only do pest control if you call ahead and ask them. Even then, I was charged extra to have them spray for fleas.
Management is alright. Nothing to rave about. Maintenance is alright too, things get fixed fairly fast.... There has been reports of car break ins but I haven’t felt unsafe while living here. Just lock your car doors at night. Overall, the complex is old and dingy and I really can’t wait to move out this summer. I suppose it’s okay if you lower your expectations and only plan to live here for a year or two at the most.

LakeWood Villas

This place is great! Huge spacious apartments with vaulted ceilings. Has a really great nature vibe. Staff is very cool and friendly also Maintenance is on point. Has a great pool and gym, as well as the basketball and tennis courts. Because you know we be Ballin' !!
