The Oasis at Town Center

My wife and I have been here since we got married in 2023 and it is
an awesome place for anyone searching for quiet and peaceful
surroundings near The Town Center Shopping and restaurants.
Pet friendly plus the staff in all phases are great and very professional
and caring in their work.

If your looking for a great apartment complex then look no further! The grounds are kept clean with lots of amenities, the staff is very helpful if there is a need they're just a phone call away. I'm glad we chose Oasis where your treated like family!!!

My husband and I lived at Oasis at the Town Center for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. It is truly a top.notch community and if we didn't absolutely need a larger place for our business purposes, then no doubt we would still be there.

1st off we were always very impressed by the staff and maintenance crew. Everyone was very friendly in the leasing office and they organize additional perks and events about once a month for the residents. We never took advantage of it but they also had... a cool partnership with Top golf where residents could play at certain times for discounted rates.

The maintenance team does regular cleanings of the breezeways and building exteriors which keeps them looking nice. They do a great job of keeping the grounds manicured and the amenities looking and feeling clean and new. We only ever had one maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately.

The location is perfect. So easy to hop on 295 and get anywhere & only 10 min to S. Jax Beach. We loved that it had a private pathway to the Town Center, we had all the perks without the hassle of rhe traffic that some of the apartments in the middle of the TC have.

It's a very pet friendly community and had lots of green space to walk.our dogs which was important to us. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool and the games yard was a nice touch.

The units themselves are very nice and modern with upgraded finishes & appliances. Noise from other units was minimal and about what you would expect living in an apartment We were never kept awake by any of the other tenants. From what I could tell it was mostly Professionals with a few families and a few college students sprinkled about.

All in all, we highly recommend Oasis at the Town Center and will miss living there . Thank you to the wonderful team that made our time there so enjoyable, yall will be missed! Best Wishes from your former residents in Apt. 5201! Lee mas

Loving this property!! Nermina is the leasing agent that helped my boyfriend and I solidify a rental at this gem of a complex and we are so happy she did! She fought for us through the whole process and gave us exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She is AWESOME, and this property is as wonderful and beautiful as it looks online. Amenities are amazing, staff is so friendly and helpful, and the unit itself had no surprises on move in day. When you call,... ask for Nermina!! She will be such a huge help (but if she's off on that day, everyone there has been so great as well)! Lee mas

Like the last review said about the music, the pool, smoking, and the dogs. This is all true and once you start complaining, don't only do they do nothing but they wouldn't even reply to your emails or even say hi anymore to you like you are the problem. The problem is w the other people there that you refuse to anything about. A shame that this apartment complex can't get it together but I guess that's what VIP means in either eyes.
