Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $20 per night for 1 pet and a flat fee of $30 per night for 2 pets.
Key Largo’s vibrant dining and music scene is just a short walk away. Fresh seafood and live music are also within walking distance. For those craving adventure, jet ski rentals are just minutes away at the local marina.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Monroe County ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. There is no smoking inside the house, and any violation will result in a $1000 fine. All waivers need to be signed and filled out prior to the use of the paddle boards and kayaks. The communal areas are under surveillance. The maximum number of guests is 8, but additional guests may be accommodated for a fee of $40 per night per guest.
Starting November 11th, 2025 to November 25th, 2025 both the pool and spa areas will be getting worked on. This will be intermittent and can affect the use of these amenities throughout this timeframe.
