There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Report damages immediately.
