Integra Sunrise Parc

Worst complex in Kissimmee ever. I’ve lived here for 3 yrs and every week I get a pass cause my bf comes to visit and now the office wants to tell me that I need to add him to the contact, that I can’t get a visitors pass. Why do I have to add someone that doesn’t live with me on a contract. Freaking ridiculous! Management is terrible, place is a mess. Run before they try to get you in!

They have an excellent staff. Especially the maintenance Team.
GONZALO all the time when I contact him to let him know that something needs to be fixed, he comes as quickly as possible and fixes whatever is wrong. They are so responsible and respectful. In this community we have so many amenities and all the surroundings are super clean. If you are looking for a peaceful place to live, this is the one you are looking for, you wont regret it.

Thank You, Integra Sunrise Parc Team…..Especially both Annette and Coreene. As always the staff is so helpful, always going far and beyond to assist with any issue that arises.

First, Annette when it comes to the smallest or largest situation she’s always a great help. I had a issue with the website to make the payment, in less then a few minutes Anette assisted me on changing my form of payment so I can avoid any late fee’s. Thank you!

Coreene another member of the Integra Sunrise Parc... team that never fails to provide fantastic support. I had a package delivered by FedEx and for some reason FedEx left it at my front door. When I came home, it wasn’t there. I spoke to Coreene to see if it was dropped off at the office, it wasn’t…..less then a hour with Coreene’s efforts in pursuit of my package she was able to find it. Well guess what potential Leaser’s we also have excellent neighbors. Coreene had discovered that my neighbor for over a year was holding it for me. Again Thank You everyone. Lee mas

INTEGRA SUNRISE PARC is the worst place I ever lived. I don't recommend even for an enemy.
If you want a calm and quiet place this is not the place. Actually run away from that complex.
Your neighbors will make your life hell. They listen to very loud music and your apartment will shake, they play ball, they scream, they jump, they vacuum the apartment after midnight. Usually it happens the entire day but is worst at dawn. These people just don't care who lives down them.
We called the police... many times but the problem was back few days later.
We already went to the complex office and sent emails to the manager and nothing happened. The first time when we went to her office she said we need to send email every time we have problem and she was going to be able to help us. So we sent the email and called her to make sure she received. Through the phone she said she couldn't do anything to help us and this is normal when you live in an apartment. Also she said we could move out to another apartment and we need to pay for that.
My wife is pregnant. Her due is in less than 2 months from now and we're already afraid about how our baby will sleep as the noise is too loud. Even us adults wake up startled by the noises almost every night. Sometimes we're not able to sleep until our neighbors calm down too.
The soundproofing of this condominium simply doesn't exist and we have neighbors who don't know how to live in apartments or community.
Think carefully before moving to Integra Sunrise Parc in my case is a dream which became a nightmare. Lee mas
