West Bay Village Apartamentos

Back in May a new management company took over the community. My partner and I were hesitant at first and thought here we go again but were pleasantly surprised! Complete 180 from the last "company". The community is already being updated with needed improvements. After 2 years here, I'm happy to say that its on the upswing! Today, a gentleman from the new management came by my apartment to check in on work orders that were placed a LONG time ago with the old company, and completed by the new... one. He was nice and asked how everything else was. Nice to be asked and feel heard. He asked for a review so here it is. I will recommend once more based on this service and the improvements to the community! Lee mas

The management is God awful at communicating with you. Whether you email, call, or talk in person you will get sent to someone else. Or told to wait for them to reach out and they don't. I've had one issue where I've been trying to get an answer for over a month. I've called 3 times a week and sent an email a week and been in office 3 times for an answer. Never given one. The fire alarms get tripped a minimum of 3 times a month cause they don't enforce their smoking policy, thank God the fire... department finally got mad at management after 5 of us tenants called at the same time with grievance over 6 alarms in one day less than 12 hours total.

However the maintenance team is amazing and wonderful people, great conversations, get their work done fast, very kind and courteous.

But the management fails to communicate, or uphold their policies. I cannot recommend this place for any reason other than proximity to Disney. That is the only reason I have stayed here cause I hate driving distances. Lee mas

Ive lived here for a year and every time I see people moving in, it hurts my heart. My first week here the toilet overflowed my entire apartment, that went onto leak for 9 months until someone finally came to fix the pipes, laundry room ceiling had so much water damage there is moldy ceiling tiles on the dryers, the laundry room is always a mess since there is no cleaner, people let their dogs pee all over the hallways everyday and no one cleans it. My floor level smells like dog pee and is... shiny from people walking through it, every other week the fire alarms will go off around 1-2AM, the wifi constantly goes out, the elevators never work (there is someone on the third floor in a wheelchair I have no idea how they get to the bottom floor), the pool took 9 months to open even though they said 2 weeks, people pile trash up in the hallways making it smell, no one picks up after there dog and management always sends emails saying they will fine people but they never do, the ladies in the office are extremely rude and dismissive. That’s all I can think of for now but I will say that living here has been a nightmare I’ve talked to other tenants, they’ve dealt with the same if not worse issues. We are all fed up here please do not give these people any of your time. Lee mas

There's mold in this complex and they don't do anything, the parking spot is always full and people from the hotel park in the complex too. There's has been a homeless problem here , walking at night trying to open doors, management doesn't do anything.
