TENANT REVIEW

I am a 24 years in the running living at "Edgewood Apartments" FKA: Bentley Pines Apartments. I love living at this apartment complex as it is a a great neighbor and close to many stores and shops. I love the new owners as they have proven to me that they truly do care for their tenants living at "Edgewood Apartments" and keep the tenant in mind for example implementing a month drawing where if a tenant pays his/her rent early their name is put in a drawing and if they win the money they win... is taken off the following months rent and this past drawing there were five drawings which I feels truly was fantastic! I see changes and modifications to the complex already... they renovated the pool and pool area and so many more changes that will follow to the apartment complex complex. I love the new "Edgewood Apartments" and two flags that they installed in the front of the "Edgewood Apartment Complex". KUDOS to you "Insula Companies" for taking care of your tenants.. I give you "FIVE STARTS" For: Professionalism, Compassion and Attention To Detail As Far As Accommodating your tenants here at "Edgewood Apartments".. Frank Ferraioli US ARMY VETERAN- Tenants!
