Sterling Place Apartamentos

This is a lovely place to live. The apartments are roomy and it is a beautiful piece of property. I am so thankful to have a place to live that I can afford. I was on the list for 2 years but it was well worth the wait. Gina and Pam are awesome managers. Thank you United Church Homes for your heart to help elderly low income people like me!! I am thrilled??

I am rating my apt. bldg. as an excellent place for seniors to live (this is a 62 and up senior apt). The location is excellent because there are many eating places and a shopping strip mall with grocery store, restaurants, barbershop, beauty salon, pharmacy, dry cleaners, 3 banks and more all within walking distance. There also is a bus stop (walking distance) for those who do not drive. Easy access to the Interstate also. Hospital and doctors offices are also very close. I couldn't ask... for a better place to live since I am living on social security. As for the outside of the bldg. it is maintained beautifully. The view from my apt. is very nice. There are two outdoor patios and a gas grill if anyone would like to cookout. We have many activities to keep us busy if we so choose to participate. Our manager, office coordinator, service coordinator and our maintenance man are very good at helping those who need their services. Inside our bldg. we have a library, and laundry room and a multi-purpose room for various activities. I must say that there is a waiting list so you have to be patient....I waited almost a year but it was worth the wait! I feel safe and I am comfortable here and want to stay here the rest of my life!!! Lee mas
