Chelsea Meadows in Land O Lakes, FL has nuisance issues including: Domestic violence, dogs barking for hours, a serious trash problem, absentee landlords, the board invests nothing so that the community can be livable. Landlords refuse to fix things like kitchen appliances. Really, you do not want to live here. Residents cannot even enjoy a clean area. Illegal public dumping, dumpster diving, wooden fencing behind each apt. in disrepair. Most condos are owned by out of state investors who could... care less that the property is a mess. I could go on and on for hours. Leaking pipes, buildings that are aging and in poor condition, and the electrical boxes are all illegal height and unsafe. Live, exposed wires, electrical boxes open with standing water, corroded grounding rods, risk of electrocution or fire because the electric boxes are in the worst condition possible. Termite infested, upper porches are falling through. Water is shut off every other day. HOA does not seem to really seem to care about this place at all. Rain run-off drains do not work flooding the parking lots making existing pot holes worse. Back yard fencing are falling down. Roach infested!! There may or may not be tenants that deal drugs

Water is shut off every other day or pressure is so low barely any water coming out shower.HOA does not seem to really seem to care about this place at all, sticking the money in their personal pockets.
