Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including inside the unit and on the balcony, and violating this rule may result in a $300 fine. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises. No garbage accumulation is allowed; please use designated trash containers. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If a late check-out is needed, contact us 24 hours in advance; subject to availability, a late check-out until 12:00 PM can be arranged for an additional $50. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Reservations must be made by a person who is 21 years old, and the reservation holder´s presence is required throughout the entire stay. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property and present the ID of each guest at the front desk during the check-in process.
