Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily housekeeping is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Located in the heart of Brickell, you'll find Brickell City Centre just a 3-minute walk away. Exterior building maintenance will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with Wi-Fi access, although a laptop computer is not included.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
