Columbus on Fifth Apartamentos

Building itself is pretty nice. This review is a reflection of the poor service and care provided by the new owners and property management company. 1. Unreasonable rent hikes, forcing many families out on the street. 2. hidden fees and shady practices. 3. Poor maintenance response time, and repair logic aimed at saving a quick buck without addressing roots of problems. 4. Poorly written emails and building updates, seriously seem written by a fifth grader (appear menacing but they are actually... hilarious).

Doubt the new owners will last in the long term, but after two years my hopes are tainted. Moving out and not looking back. Lee mas

Stopped by to look for an apartment. I was greeted by all the staff who were extremely polite and attentive. Apartments were modern and I loved how they were furnished. If you’re on the look for a new apartment this is the place to go! Lobby was super clean and so were the hallways and the building smells delicious. Everything is extremely well kept and you can tell the people love their jobs there.
