Duck Poop in all walkways, huge roaches in apartments, they are outside on building walls and inside and outside of garbage chutes and dumpsters. Maintenance people are rude, and service is crap. Paper thin walls, you can hear footsteps above you, toilets flushing, people talking in halls. Expensive for the quality and service, not wort it. The office Manager is rude, does not return calls and rarely picks up the phone. Hard to find parking in the evening hours. Any good ratings posted by others... are possibly fake. Lee mas

Waited for 2 hours for the manager while she was out running personal errands. When she finally shows up at 3:40 pm she says sorry office hours are close. The office closes at 5 pm. Horrible customer services. This building needs a new manager because with her work ethics and manners no one would want to live or work near her.

This is a great condominium for the outdoor- adventure seekers who wish to improve their detachment abilities from the material world, and expend a good amount of money in doing so. You will, on a daily basis, go out to the halls which will be filled with duck poo and other animal creature's feces, which will be okay because, if you are here, you must love nature; and not only will you see ducks, but many other fauna such as gooses, frogs and whatnot. On the other side, for the culture seeking... adventurers, you will have the chance to have the most interesting interactions with many ethnicities, which you will hear constantly through the paper-thin walls of your apartment as you wonder "why is it call 'aparment'?, this is not really that 'apart'" .
The security system is amazing. Not only do you have one fairly old fella 5 days a week on a golf cart, but the police is constantly coming in and out, because of those interesting neighbors and their personal problems becoming the whole neighborhood's; Which will be, of course, a great chance for studying human nature, for those of you with an anthropologist heart.
The green areas that surround the buildings are nothing short of a walk in the woods. After a heavy storm. On the rainy season. Pay attention to the natural life, you will find many different types of larvae, insects of different sizes and comodo-dragon sized lizards. Most of the grass is constantly destroyed because of the machinery they bring, and the old security fella's golf cart, so we barely have any grass now: it now is a swampy ground which your dog will think twice to defecate on. And for those of you with a fantasy and wonderfilled heart and creative minds, we have a lake monster of our own. Go outside on a star-less night and tell your children all about this while you try not to step on animal feces, or on swamp mud. We are all for the campers!
For our fitness friends: we've got it!, (we are not talking about the gym, tho, which is one back machine and two cardios) Since the elevators never work, you will take the stairs up and down with your four people sized laundry, plenty to cover for a day's cardio workout!
And come early, parking is first come-first served, and full by 5 pm.
But yes, we have a pool. And on-site management, all for the fair price of 1500 a month!(the smallest floor plan)
