The location, community, amenities, and views at Lake House are all five-star. Unfortunately, the overall experience is dampened by an ongoing fire alarm issue that management has yet to resolve or communicate about effectively. In just over two years, the alarm has gone off in the middle of the night (typically between 12 and 3 a.m.) at least six times—including three in the past four months. One incident in September 2025 lasted from 2:30 to nearly 5 a.m., long after the building was cleared.... Management has provided no explanation, and posts about it on the community board were later deleted. Maintenance is responsive but lacks communication—issues are often marked resolved without explanation and sometimes require multiple tickets. Of the nine or so EV chargers, only about half typically work.
