Oak Harbor Apartments

Oak Harbor's apartment has no parking spaces night to park your car. The only parking spaces at night is by the front office, so people has walk five blocks to get to their apartments which is not fair for me. I pay my rent on time and I can't get any parking space that is closer to my apartment. I talk to that manager there about that situation, but she doesn't care. What I believe is there are people who park their vehicles that are not registered at the office. They simply rent a room from... the registered tenants.This apartment corporation needs to get a tow cars to remove all those vehicles which are not been registered there, so the registered tenants can get piece of mind. Furthermore, this apartment has ugly bath tubes,and broken appliances. Lee mas

My family has moved here in Orlando Florida where we've been renting this apartment for over 20 years. Yes I said 20 years family of 5 3 bed room apartment although I've been raised here and know nothing other then this is our home. I have seen mamgagment come and go friends, families,people have all left came back or left for good .we believe that change is good and that stability is always a positive outlook . although we call this home magament meaning supervisors have been a complete... unexpted frustrating result of having land lords. They Dont help as they should they don't fix as they should. Professional? There's no way they can call there selves that we've had arguments we've had pettitons on judgments in where they should be as far as landlords. These apartments are a great establishment to raise or to grow in to new living enviorment. Lots of work can make an even bigger change to the unity also the community of this establishment although 20 years is a long time its time for a new start for me in my family I remember as a child we had so many activities such as parties activities at the club house movie,Halloween partues ,football practice at the fields,girl scouts but once management moved in there was a lack in those areas as my child hood will always be a memory to me because of here but if the kids Now could only have that great opportunity due to finical problems also memories my family has never been able to move from this place it always brings us back to the best things we've encountered while living here.
