Portofino Meadows Townhomes

I absolutely loved the neighborhood and the homes when I lived here. The price isn't bad for the quality of the homes, they're very lovely. However, the rules are very strict and I and my roommates, on multiple occasions, had issues arise with HOA. The biggest being that it is not easy to get ahold of them. When we would send them emails, they would not answer for weeks, if at all. We are STILL in the process of trying to get our security deposit back but they have not answered our calls or... emails, and if for some reason we were not receiving the deposit back (which should not be the case as we left the home in great condition), we have not been notified of it. When we did inspection, the inspector was late and upon arrival asked if we were ready to tour the home. We explained we were doing an inspection not a tour, and she tried to correct us. Overall, the community itself is quiet, in a great spot with Publix across the street and other stores very close by, and it is visually so nice. But I was extremely frustrated and disappointed by the management. Lee mas

Great gated community neighborhood to live in. Clean, quiet, very well maintained, neighbors are friendly. Community pool is always clean and has a nice patio area to relax. Close to the Orlando Airport, Florida Mall, shopping plazas, and major Highways. Close to great schools, bus routes, restaurants and banks. 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando. Spacious living, great closet space, nice size back patio. Great area to raise a family.
