A pleasant place to live. Management do their best to make residents happy. Some residents ruin it for the majority.
Maintenance is generally good with some delays due to company approvals process.

Living here has been mostly a good experience. The apartments are comfortable, and the community is generally quiet, which I really appreciate. Parking can be a challenge, especially when trying to find a spot near your unit. Maintenance is actually very responsive. If I submit a request during office hours in the morning, they usually come the same day. If it’s outside work hours, they handle it the next day, which is excellent. The maintenance staff are polite and helpful, even if specific... fixes take a bit longer to complete. One thing I’ve noticed when walking outside at night is the occasional smell of marijuana, which can be unpleasant. Another point is with the front office staff. I really wish they were more friendly and supportive, because after signing the lease, I felt their attitude became less welcoming. Rent is also a bit high compared to what you get. Lee mas

Living at Sea Isle has been a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautifully designed with thoughtful layouts and a modern touch that creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The amenities are outstanding , from well-maintained common areas to spaces that make both relaxation and recreation effortless.

The leasing managers deserve special mention for their professionalism and warmth. They are always approachable, helpful, and quick to address any queries or concerns,... which makes the entire living experience seamless and stress-free.

The apartments themselves offer a comfortable living space with smart design, ample natural light, and a sense of coziness that instantly feels like home. It’s a perfect balance of style, functionality, and comfort.

The apartments are lovely as well as the area. Neighbors are nosy you can hear them through the walls at times and or messy garbage is placed on top of outdoor trash bins. That leads to bugs and or roaches. You can hear police cars and ambulances all day or night. Not enough parking spots.

When we first moved in everything was great! The apartment is nice and only had minor ant problems. Maintenance response was kinda slow but that was our only original complaint. However the longer we have been here, the office team has really been HORRIBLE with communication. They had the wrong move out date and tried to end our lease 2 months early until I went in there and had them pull up our signed lease where they saw our move out date was 2 months later. The new app that got launched while... living here has never worked for us so when we would go to the office to let them know of maintenance problems, they wouldn't communicate it correctly and we would have to go numerous times for simple things like light bulbs fixes. We had a late fee that we didn’t know about until 2 days after it was due and then got a degrading phone call by a staff member accusing us of not paying it before moving out and telling us we are late but then we looked into our account and the fine was put in that day. I can’t pay something I don’t know about. The physical apartments are nice but we will not be renewing due to the office staff. Lee mas
