2bed, 2bath, livinigroo,kichen,
Is this residential complex is bad, dirty, there are always problems, sometimes you can not even get out, and go through the walk that walk can not park cars blocking the sidewalk. The residence halls are dirty. The ugly Gardens, If I had the money I would move to aque.unfortunately I am disables a partime in Disney.

Just Okay (not LUXURY like they tell you)
I've been here since Oct 2014 and my lease is about to end; I will not be renewing...
The property likes you to think it's Luxury Apartments they have, but they are certainly not. Don't get me wrong they're not terrible, but just not the best. They're livable: kind of small for the price they ask for, paper-thin walls, not properly insulated windows/doorways, the entire property is beat up/old, and we're not the safest neighborhood.

My Place!!!!!!!!!!
I have been here for 2 yrs now and I like the area. it's comfortable it's quiet and kept clean. the neighbors are nice and friendly.
