The Piazza Apartments

Rented for six months and had to break lease because my unit was completely filled with cockroaches. Extremely disgusting

I would strongly suggest looking for other apartments.

This apartment complex is run by a company who does not care about the tenets outside of cashing their rent. They are extremely disorganized and will say “let me call you back” then never doing so. I had to tell them to put me on hold for anything to get done and to get any information from them.

The apartments are cheaply renovated and infested with bugs cockroaches. The resident benefits package is just a gimmick to shack residents down... for more money. It does nothing to improve the renting experience. Moreover, most of the things included in the package comes baseline at other apartment. Such as the online portal & payment option, and a 24/7 maintained hotline.

- my window AC unit was not working, so I submitted a work order and they hired a commercial HVAC worker come inspect the AC and repair it. He looked at the window unit for 30 seconds and then said "yeah I don't know what you want me to do.... I don't work on window units I do HVAC". I then had to wait a month (August) for them to replace my AC with a new one.

- I had to ask multiple times for the laundry room code because they kept giving me the wrong code. This was frustrating because they are closed on the weekend and at night so I could not test the code while talking to them because I work during their open hours.

- When I moved out I had to wait a month for them to mail me my deposit check. When I finally received it they mailed me the wrong persons check. The letter was addressed to me but the check inside was addressed to a different resident and for a different apartment unit number.

- The apartment is infested with cockroaches… Lee mas
