This condo features brand new tile throughout and an inviting living area with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, two chairs, and a blue couch with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for three at the bar. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. The master suite boasts a king-size memory foam bed, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space, with an en-suite full bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size memory foam bed, flat-screen TV, closet space, and its own full private bathroom. Twin bunk beds, also with memory foam mattresses, have an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Covered parking is available in the 6th-floor parking garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. BBQ grills and a picnic area are also available. As a guest, you receive 1 free daily activity provided by Xplorie, with choices including Dave & Buster's ($20 free gameplay), SkyWheel at Pier Park (one ticket), WonderWorks, or Island Time Sailing Dolphin Cruise (seasonal).
