I've been living in this community for about 9 years. Fortunately there is new management. I've been very happy on how efficient they are fixing anything in the apartment. They have a system in place that works. The Apartment is spacious and comfortable. The community is clean, there is security patrolling the property all the time. They are constantly improving to make it a better place to live. The location is unbeatable, malls, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, etc. My family and I are very... pleased at home. Lee mas

I could only stay there for a year (because I had to). The washing machine and water heater got defective (they were very old) during my contract, and they took more than 2 months to replace it and the only reason they (HC Realty, LLC / Devonaire HC, LLC) did it was because I notified them I was going to contact a lawyer. They even knew that I had a 1-year-old baby at home, and did not care (I contacted them more than 15 times, and reminded them of this fact). Any review referring to the staff... as good is fake or did not need to request service from the staff at all. The current property manager is a bad person with a fake personality. She did this final review of the property when I was moving out and she stated that I would probably receive almost the full deposit (considering housekeeping charges). 2 months later, I was surprised when I received the check for 13% of my deposit. Please avoid the headache, and choose somewhere else to live if you have deal with HC Realty, LLC / Devonaire HC, LLC. However, if you have to deal with a private owner, then it is a nice place to live. Lee mas

I love my apartment it is very spacious! I have been living here for over a year and I am going to renew my lease as I love living here. Never have I been somewhere where I actually know my neighbors and get along with them very well. This is a very dog friendly community which I enjoy greatly! Staff is great and always willing to help you if you need anything. Overall GREAT community!

Please do not move in this community!!! The association here is a scam. Once you move in say bye bye to your secority deposit. The park for kids is always dirty and unsafe. Never any parking space. No one comes to repair your home if anything is damaged.

I love my apartment. It has vaulted ceilings and sits on the 3rd floor with a balcony that views palm trees and the apartment complex. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood with security that drives around 24 hours a day. There's a pool located by the main office which I sadly don't use as much as I would like. I've been here for almost 3 years and feel quite comfortable here.
