Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. We do not allow cats at our property, please ask about any other pets if traveling with them. There is a 2 vehicle maximum and no street parking available.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Additional fees include $250 for smoking indoors, vomit or bodily fluid or waste, and illegal drug paraphernalia, $200 for glitter or confetti, $200 per unauthorized pet, $50 for dirty dishes, and $20 per missing towel. Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. Only domestic shipping is available. If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact immediately. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person.
