Hillview Terrace Apartments

These apartments are old and falling apart. As a tenant I made multiple work order request for maintenance. Which took 6 months for some issues to be resolved and some NEVER got fixed. The flooring is DANGEROUS because of decaying wood sub-floor. I paid rent in time and without hassle, yet extended to NO maintenance. And they had the audacity to increase rents upon lease renewal. Please DO NOT move into this location.

Apartments are not in good condition, and maintenance will not fix anything without constant calls. My apartment is moldy and extremely humid, despite having a dehumidifier running at all times. Wallpaper is bubbling, sink counter bows in, counters have rotting wood and completely unusable drawers. I was told that maintenance would resolve my issues, and then later told by maintenance that they would not do so. Maintenance only came once to fix basic things not listed here and then never... contacted me again. If you can overlook these issues, it’s located in a good area and has lovely trees. Lee mas

Maintenance is a joke, management does not care about any issues with apartments and is downright rude. Dangerous living situations with mold in the walls and under the vinyl flooring. Not worth your health and safety to live here for any length of time! Avoid at all cost.

My floors have had to be replaced four times in the time I've lived here from the sub flooring rotting away and caving in, with more holes and soft patches remaining. The management is slow to fix the problem and it can take months for just one area to be fixed, even if there are multiple holes. There's mold in the walls, which has become visible as the wallpaper peels away.
It's cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.
