Any guest/group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and a $500 fine will be assessed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you want 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure! Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus. $1000 fine for violation.
