Bad experience, an honest review
Do not move here! Nothing in the apartment was cleaned or checked before the last tenant moved out. I moved in on May 13th and have nothing but regrets. For starters the apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. I have vacuumed up at least 5 vacuums full of dog hair and the place still smells like wet dog. Even rented a carpet cleaner to no avail. Nothing in my apartment was new or fixed or cleaned when I moved in. The sinks were leaking. The porch screens are broken. Microwave and dishwasher... are broken, door jam is broken. Fridge light was out. The in home washer and dryer they provide is so rusted it shredded my towels. To top it off it is raining in my apartment. I’ve emailed and driven to the office about this and still no fix. And I say drive to the office because the phones have also been down for weeks. It had to be raining in this apartment before I moved in but I was not told that before moving in. It has rained much so until there is now a crack in the wall where the rain is coming through and I’m being told for weeks now they are waiting on the roofers. The water is also coming from the apartment above mine and there are water spots on the ceiling. Which is definitely not safe. They don’t tell you about the hidden fees. You are charged a fee to pay your rent online. The fee is over $40. Late rent fees are also over $100. I’ve never regretted a decision so much. I moved into an apartment with everything broken and hidden fees.
